A fantastic B&B in Tudwieliog
Gerwen B&B is situated in the village of Tudwieliog on the picturesque Llyn Peninsula. The rooms are very nicely decorated, clean and
comfortable. The breakfast menu is extensive and the cooked option is highly recommended! The owner Mrs Chidley is very friendly and
welcoming.
Great place
Clean comfortable Made so welcome Perfect breakfast To be totally honest it was just perfect in every way Lovely massive bathroom Will
definitely recommend to everyone Easy to find and the local knowledge from the owner was very helpful
Last minute booking
Stayed at Gwenda's bed and breakfast for 4 nights in mid July. She was so welcoming and approachable. We too were given our own
front door key to come and go as we pleased. I was very grateful to Gwenda as we booked very last minute( the night before) and as
myself and my daughter are both vegetarians she went out of her way to make sure we had plenty of vegetarian alternatives for
breakfast.Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very clean and peaceful. Thankyou
Great place to stay
Gwenda Chidley couldn't have made us more welcome. Was at the door to greet and show round. Lovely B&B. Exceptionally clean, lovely
comfy bed, huge bathroom. We were given our own front door key to come and go as we pleased. Great breakfast. Highly recommend
Excellent and very good value
I had walked up from Aberdaron (tip for walkers - take the path to the centre of the village, not that further south which I found involved
negotiating a farmyard with cattle/calves and dogs) and easily found Gerwen, a large modern bungalow set back in a small cul de sac but
clearly seen from the main road, with a small hanging sign. Gwenda had seen me walking along the footway and so was ready to provide
a friendly welcome. The property was well-presented and clean inside and out. I had a spacious ground floor twin bedded room with a
mug (so much better than a cup!) for tea and shortbread. Immediately adjoining was a large room accommodating
wc/bath/shower/bidet. The shower door seemed to snag a bit on its frame, but otherwise all was OK. Following a visit to the pub almost
next door, a comfortable night preceded an excellent breakfast taken at one end of a large living room and which included nicely-
presented fresh fruit and yoghurt. I stayed just the one night - outstanding value and recommended. Very handily and strategically
placed for the Coast Path, especially as there is little other accommodation and with a pub so close - there is also a small shop.
