Gerwen is a spacious modern bungalow situated in the village of Tudweiliog on the
west coast of the outstandingly beautifull Llyn Peninsula in North Wales. There is a
luxury bathroom with shower and two bedrooms, one double and one twin. Free
internet access is available to guests.
The location is ideal for the Llyn Peninsula coastal path and the many other Llyn walks
including Garn Fadryn from which you can see a panoramic view of the Llyn Peninsula
and, on a clear day, across to the Wicklow Hills in Ireland. From Tudweiliog there are two
public footpaths leading down to the Llyn coastal path with one leading directly to the
sandy beach of Porth Towyn whilst to the south lies Porth Colmon accessed by walking
along the beautiful coastal path.
Just a short walk around the corner will bring you to the Lion Hotel which offers good
food and a beer garden whilst the Ty Coch (pub on the beach) at Porth Dinllaen, The
Ship at Edern, Whistling Sands Cafe, The Cliffs Inn and Marians Cafe, both at Morfa
Nefyn, are all a short drive away or perhaps an inviting walk along the coastal path (keep
a keen eye out for the dolphins and seals). The villages of Aberdaron, Abersoch and Sarn
Meyllteyrn also offer a fine selection of restaurants and cafes. Nefyn golf club lies only 4
miles away in the coastal village of Morfa Nefyn with Abersoch and Pwllheli golf clubs
lying to the south of the Llyn Peninsula.
